OUR PROMISE

Once you're part of our team, you're family.  This means we're committed to helping you grow as a person, teacher and musician. We'll support you. We'll push you. We'll get into the trenches with you. Not to mention you'll have about a zillion chances to jam and be a role model to kids each and every shift.

EMPLOYEE NOT CONTRACTOR

Most music schools hire their teachers as contractors. We don't. If you join our team, you'll be an employee. The reasons are simple: we believe in working together as a team at all levels and we believe in investing in you.

OUR SECRET SAUCE

Our teachers are our secret sauce. We don't hire often, but when we do, we're on the hunt for the best. We're not just looking for uber great musicians. That's a given. We're sourcing the best in music who also have a heart of GOLD. In other words, they have the heart of a teacher.

OUR GOAL

Teaching music might sound like "just another job," but we believe it's alot more than that. We believe teaching is an opportunity to change lives. And that by teaching, our own lives are changed. Our goal is to make this the job that makes you even better.

WE JAM AT EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEETING.

We do this because it makes us better teachers. It makes us better rock band leaders. It also gives us the chance to practice on instruments that might not be our strongest. And it's a rad version of team bonding.
