FOR PRIVATE LESSONS, ROCK BAND & INTRO SERIES
New students must prepay for their first month of private lessons, Rock Band or Intro Series in order to reserve their spot.
A pre-payment will automatically be processed after requested credit card information has been provided by a student or their parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to release a student's spot if credit card information has not been provided within 24 hours of it being requested.
FOR LITTLE BEATS, BIGGER BEATS & ROCK CAMP
Pre-payment is required for Little Beats, Bigger Beats or Rock Camp. A student's registration is not confirmed until pre-payment has been received.
All registration fees are due upon receipt of invoice, regardless of when class is scheduled to begin.
We reserve the right to release a student's spot if pre-payment has not been received within 24 hours of invoice being sent.
MONTHLY AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
All students who are registered for private lessons, Rock Band or Intro Series will be charged on a monthly basis via automatic credit card. Automatic payments will be processed at the beginning of the month.
Payment will be applied to a student's upcoming month of lessons, Rock Band or Intro Series.
Please Note: for all private lesson, Rock Band and Intro Series students, we charge a flat monthly rate that is based on an average of four lessons per month. Some months, a student may have three lessons and other months, they may have five. Over the course of a school year (September to June), each student will receive 40 lessons, unless their regularly scheduled lesson falls on a statutory holiday. For our statutory holiday policy, please see below.
If a student's lesson, rehearsal or class falls on a statutory holiday, they will be charged a discounted rate to account for the missed lesson, rehearsal or class.
Please note: Little Beats or Bigger Beats students will not be discounted as their session dates have been scheduled to accommodate statutory holidays. These students will still receive their promised six or ten weeks of class (depending on which program they are registered in) even if their session dates include one or more statutory holidays.
If your automatic monthly payment fails to go through, you will be notified and directed to your Backbeat account to update your payment information as needed.
All failed payments must be remedied and paid prior to a student's second lesson of the month. If a failed payment remains outstanding after this time, we reserve the right to terminate a student's lessons effective immediately.
